Sometimes starting up again is easier than recovering. Reorganizations often involve habits, resistance, and uncertainty.
I help reorganize teams and work processes, improve collaboration, and restore trust.
Temporary support
In case of illness, absence or staff shortage, I can temporarily assist in the kitchen or organization.
Sometimes just being present at work is enough to bring back peace and movement.

I am Raymond Nijland
Chef, entrepreneur and coach — with over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
I have worked in renowned restaurants and small cafes, in the Netherlands and abroad.
I've started, reorganized, sold, and started over companies.
I have seen teams grow, but also get stuck under pressure.
What has remained the same over all these years: the guest always comes first.
And that's what everything revolves around — entrepreneur, team and organization.
My way of working is calm and practical.
I listen, observe on the work floor and help to create structure where the overview has disappeared.
No thick reports, no management jargon, but solutions that work in practice.
For me, coaching is helping people where they are stuck.
Whether it is a starting entrepreneur, a chef, an employee or an organization that is looking for direction again.
Hospitality is a wonderful profession, but also a demanding one. That's precisely why I believe in calm, honesty, and connection. Because when people feel good about themselves, everything else will follow.
