Over the years, my work has paid off, and I don't mean that in the financial sense, but rather in the experience I have gained in the work.
I have a very diverse range of work experience, and I can apply that across a wide range of fields.

Hotel Brabander Alm (Austria)
One of my first projects. Restaurant owners Onno and Raquel run this beautiful hotel in Biberwier (Zugspitze). They created a menu, set up a kitchen layout, and made the first steps towards a successful future.

Hotel am Hafen (Germany)
Hotel am Hafen, located in the picturesque town of Cochum on the Mosel River (Germany), is a beautiful hotel with a solid German menu with Dutch influences. A menu has been created and the kitchen has been reorganized. Owner Renate Broekhuis welcomes you to this beautifully renovated hotel.

The Sourire Oldenzaal
Brand new Brasserie: Le Sourire in Oldenzaal.
Here I was allowed to start up the kitchen and also manage the kitchen for the first few months.
Menu created according to the wishes of owners Gert and Caroline Wiederholt.
Kitchen organization set up, structure in kitchen for 1 or 2 chefs.

Marcook's Enschede
Marco and Cindy Wulff are entrepreneurs through and through and demonstrate this in their beautiful business on the edge of Enschede Airport.
I was allowed to start up this Smoke- and Barbecue house and prepare the menu and kitchen together with the owner.
